Prices

Prices on the website may differ from those in our physical shop. Prices in Andorra are much lower than in Spain or France thanks to lower taxes.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty from J&M, as the seller, under Andorran law. We only work with official distributors: everything we sell is 100% legal and certified.

For Apple products, the first year is covered by Apple's limited warranty (at any Apple Authorised Service Provider or through us) and the second year is handled by us. For the rest, the warranty is handled with us and with the brand's service centre. During the first 6 months the defect is presumed to have been there from the start; after that, it has to be proven. Keep your invoice.

Repair service

We do express repairs in our shop. Most iPhone, Mac and other device repairs are ready the same day.
