Payment methods

You can pay by bank transfer, by postal money order or by card in our shops. If you need another payment method, ask us.

In the payment reference, write your full name and what you ordered. Transfer fees are paid by you. Once you have made the transfer, send us the proof of payment on WhatsApp or to jmelectronicsstore@andorra.ad.

The post office charges €3.72 plus 0.7% of the amount (money orders up to €3,000). We ship your order within 48 hours of receiving the receipt.

In our shops we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping

€30 to Spain on orders from €100 (from 5 kg, based on weight). We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain. All the details in Shipping and returns.

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty from J&M. For Apple, the first year is handled by Apple and the second by us. More details in Information and warranty.
